A new model for beef. Grass-fed, regeneratively raised and delivered from our farm to your table.

Our story

A family farm on the NSW South Coast

Caluga Farm is a multi-generation family farm, looking after cattle and pasture on the rolling hills of the Eurobodalla region. We move our herd frequently, follow the grass, and let the landscape set the pace.

The ledger exists so we can match our herd, our seasons and our butchery schedule with a small group of households. No guessing, no over-production – just honest beef, raised with care and delivered when it’s ready.

Diverse mixes of native grasses, clovers and herbs on the NSW South Coast.

Rain-fed

Rain-fed landscapes

Low stress

Low-stress handling

Quiet stockmanship and low-pressure moves for calm cattle and better eating quality.

Soil life

Soil-first thinking

We manage for deep roots, ground cover and soil life – flavour starts underground.

Sustainability

Beef that gives more back to the land

  • Regenerative grazing – planned moves to build soil carbon, biodiversity and resilience.
  • Low food miles – direct from our paddocks to households in NSW & ACT.
