At this stage our bones & organ cuts are reserved for our Ledger members

8kg share – ideal for families or households that eat beef regularly
Each box is thoughtfully curated to represent the whole animal.
Is shipping included?
Yes. All orders include free refrigerated shipping to your door.
Where do you deliver?

Do you include sausages in your packs? What ingredients are in them?
Yes - sausages are occasionally included as part of some Ledger boxes, depending on the month and the balance of the animal.
Our sausages are:
Gluten free
Made from quality beef and beef fat
Simply seasoned, with no fillers or unnecessary additives
Ingredients: Beef, beef fat, rice flour, salt, mineral salt, spices, spice extract (160c paprika extract for natural colouring).
Like everything we produce, sausages are made to use the whole animal well, without compromising on quality.
