Once they’re gone, they’re gone for that month.

Orders for add-ons close on 7/04/2026, ahead of packing for this month’s deliveries.
Can I place multiple add-on orders?
Yes — you can return and place additional orders while items remain available.
All add-ons placed before the cut-off will be combined into your upcoming delivery.
Will I receive a separate order confirmation?
Yes.
You’ll receive a confirmation for your add-on order, but it will still be packed together with your Ledger box.
Can I choose the exact size or weight of each item?
Weights may vary slightly, as each cut is unique.
